This confirmation occurs during the booking process on our website, mobile app, or third-party platforms like Setmore or Groupon. By checking the box or clicking "I Accept" (or similar affirmation), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. Failure to confirm acceptance will prevent booking completion. We may also require re-confirmation for repeat bookings or significant updates to these terms.

TOTG with its related and affiliated entities (collectively “TOTG”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our online visitors and providing high-quality mobile window tinting services in South Florida (e.g., Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Palm Beach Counties). In compliance with Federal and State Law, industry standards, and administrative regulations, this policy discloses our practices governing the collection, use, and protection of information submitted by you (“you”, “your” or the “user”) to TOTG through this Website and Services.

Our Services may contain features or links to websites and services provided by third parties, such as our booking platform (Setmore) or Groupon. Our Terms and Privacy Policy do not apply to services and products offered by other companies and individuals. Any information you provide through third-party sites or services is provided directly to the operators of such services and is subject to those operators’ policies, if any, governing privacy, security, and terms. Terms of Service

1. Description of Services

TOTG provides mobile window tinting services, including automotive, residential, and commercial installations using high-quality films (e.g., ceramic or dyed). Services are scheduled via our online booking system, phone, or partners like Groupon. All services are performed on-site in South Florida areas. Quotes are estimates; final pricing may vary based on site inspection (e.g., window count, film type, vehicle size).

2. Booking and Payment

• Booking Process: Reservations require providing accurate details (e.g., vehicle make/model/year, property address). You must confirm acceptance of these Terms as outlined above. Bookings are subject to availability and may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
• Payment Terms: A deposit (via Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay, or cash) may be required at booking (typically 20-50% of estimated cost). Full payment is due upon service completion. We accept cash, card, or digital payments. Prices exclude taxes, travel fees (for areas outside core South Florida zones), or additional materials.
• Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment incur a 50% deposit forfeiture. No-shows forfeit the full deposit. Refunds are not issued for completed services unless legally required. Partial refunds for incomplete services are at our discretion.

3. Merchant Protection and Dispute Resolution

To protect TOTG from unauthorized disputes, chargebacks, and fraudulent claims, we implement the following safeguards:

• No-Refund Policy for Completed Services: Once tinting is installed and verified by you (e.g., via on-site sign-off), services are considered final and non-refundable. This includes protection against post-service disputes claiming dissatisfaction unless due to material defects (warranted per manufacturer guidelines).
• Dispute Limitations: You agree to resolve any disputes directly with TOTG within 7 days of service completion via phone (561-563-6440) or email (info@tintonthego.com). We will not honor third-party payment processor disputes (e.g., credit card chargebacks) without prior investigation. Unauthorized disputes may result in service denial, account suspension, or legal action for recovery of fees.
• Limitation of Liability: TOTG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., vehicle damage from pre-existing conditions, tint bubbling due to improper aftercare). Our total liability is limited to the service fee paid. You agree to indemnify TOTG against claims arising from your misrepresentation of vehicle/property condition or misuse of tinted surfaces.
• Governing Law and Arbitration: These Terms are governed by Florida law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, FL, under the American Arbitration Association rules, waiving rights to class actions or jury trials. This protects merchants like TOTG from frivolous litigation.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and access to the service site.
• Follow aftercare instructions (e.g., no rolling windows for 3-5 days post-install).
• Report issues promptly; unreported defects void warranties.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to Services for violations of these Terms, including non-payment or abusive behavior.
